- Items are ready stock unless otherwise stated, and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
- Measurements provided are approximate and to be used as reference.
- We are not responsible or liable for any lost packages, whether they are mailed within Singapore or overseas. Our responsibility ends once we mail out your items.
- Item(s) will be mailed out only after full payment is received.
- Item(s) will be mailed out within two working days after full payment is received.
- After you place an order, the item(s) ordered will be reserved for you. Payment should be made not more than 24 hours after your order is confirmed; otherwise, the reservation will be lost and the item(s) will be released to the next interested customer.
- For payment via POSB/OCBC funds transfer, please email me the transaction date and time and transaction reference number (for ATM transfers) or name used for the transfer (for IB transfers).
- All sales are final. No cancellations, returns or refunds are allowed. However, exchanges for a different size can be accommodated depending on availability of the item. (For more information, please see the FAQ.)
