Is self-collection available?
Yes, you may choose to pick up your order at our place in Tampines. Please arrange an appointment at least one day in advance so that we can prepare your items.
What local postage modes are available?
If no free postage is offered for the item, you may opt for normal or registered mail. Charges for regular mail are divided into classes as follows:
- 1 item: $0.80
- 2-3 items: $1.20
- 4-5 items: $1.80
- >5 items: add $0.20 per item
- 1 item: $1.00
- 2-3 items: $1.50
- 4-5 items: $2.00
- >5 items: $3.00 (flat rate)
- 1 item: $1.50
- 2-3 items: $2.50
- 4-5 items: $3.00
- >5 items: add $0.50 per item
Two-piece sets are counted as two items unless otherwise stated. For orders with a mixture of items of different classes, we’ll advise on the final calculated charge upon order confirmation.
Please note that the charges include the cost of packing materials. For registered mail, simply add $2.25 to the amount. If you opt for registered mail or any Speedpost service, we will provide you the tracking number after your order has been mailed out.
Do you ship outside Singapore?
Yes, we do. Shipping and handling costs will be advised upon confirmation of order, depending on your location, choice of shipping mode and weight of items ordered.
What overseas shipping modes are available?
You may choose between regular airmail (unregistered), registered airmail, or one of the Speedpost Worldwide services. For registered airmail, simply add S$2.25 to the regular airmail cost. If you opt for registered airmail or any Speedpost service, I will provide you the tracking number after your order has been mailed out.
How will items be packed for mailing?
Items will be packed into a plastic wrapper before being wrapped in paper or put into a paper envelope. In any case, I will do my best to pack the items such that any damage in the process of mailing would be minimised. Gift wrapping is also available upon request at an extra charge.
What payment methods are available?
Customers residing in Singapore may either pay via Paypal or funds transfer to my POSB or OCBC bank accounts. For overseas customers, payment by Paypal is accepted.
Will you accept cash if I self-collect my order?
Yes, provided you collect your order within 24 hours of order confirmation. If you cannot make the timeframe, please make full payment beforehand to secure your order. Otherwise, the items will be released from reservation to the next interested customer.
Can I view the actual stocks before purchase?
Yes, we accept walk-in customers, but only by appointment. Please contact us at least two days in advance to arrange the time.
Can I exchange an item for another size if it doesn’t fit my kid?
Yes, as we want all our customers to be happy with their purchases, exchanges for such reasons are accepted. However, do note that it will be subject to availability and that any associated costs will have to be borne by you. Exchanges should preferably be done at our place in Tampines, so that you can view the actual item before finalising the exchange. The item to be exchanged must also be in its original sale condition, i.e. tags attached, etc. As we provide measurements for all in-stock items, please use them as a reference before purchasing.
